Created in Wan Issara's UK dorm room in 1995 to scratch his Thai chilli sauce itch, this 25 year old recipe has become a hero of hot sauces - a versatile condiment, suitable to stir into pasta dishes, splash on burger buns or simply use as a dipping sauce for chips, fries and crunchy snacks.
From Hell Sauce is not for the faint hearted, but we urge both seasoned chilli fanatics and daring newcomers to give it a try.

From Hell Sauce is made at the world famous Phuket resort, Sri Panwa, where it has gained notoriety among guests who have fallen in love with Wan Issara's menu favorite, Pasta From Hell. Having tickled the tastebuds of celebrity guests, Wan Issara and his team of home grown chefs are ready to share From Hell Sauce with the world, starting by offering a limited batch of the world's first collectible condiment.
Collectible condiments
As the world's first collectible condiment, all collectors will be eligible to claim their very own 380g collectors edition jar of From Hell Sauce by connecting their Nifty Gateway wallet to the official website when it launches in March 2023.
